This Golden Eagle was feeding on a dead coyote when we happened upon him. He reluctantly left his meal because of our presence, but I'm sure returned soon after we left!! This shot was taken near the north end of Pyramid Lake, Nevada.
Dianne Phelps, photographer, is based in the Reno/Tahoe area of northern Nevada. Since early childhood, she has been drawn to visual arts, and as she progressed in age, photography became her preferred art form.
